Our Club sees every member who is involved in Disaster Risk Reduction as a family member of the DRR Club. It is a meeting point for all of us engage in series of risk reduction activities at any level. Here, we share, network, socialise and create a fun way of getting disasters off our communities.

Jos crisis resurfaced again last weekend and death tools was very high. What is exactly the problem(s) in Jos. Is it purely religous or ethnic, or rather ethno-religious crisis. The time is noe to find a lasting solution to the crisis that has gradually became episodical. Other questions which come to mind includes, Is Nigerian Government serious at all? The increasing profile of natural disasters which claimed hundreds of human lives and destructions of hard earned properties and peoples means of livelihoods call for questions to be asked from you and I that manage disasters at different level of disaster management. What are will doing to these? How many seminars have we organised to sensitize vulnerable communties? How many publications have we distributed on Heartquake management, Tsunami Early warning signs etc.
